Cancellation and Refund Policy

The free trial

New subscribers get 3 days free. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged for the subscription at all. If you paid on our website, the small amount your bank requires to set up the payment mandate is refunded automatically.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, and you do not need a reason. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Bought in the Android app: cancel in the Google Play Store, under Payments and subscriptions.

Bought on our website: email [email protected] from the number or address on your account. We cancel within 2 working days and confirm by email.

Refunds

Because access is granted immediately and used as soon as you start talking to the tutor, we do not refund time you have already had. We do refund in these cases:

• • You were charged twice for the same period.
• • You were charged after cancelling.
• • The service was unavailable for a prolonged period and you could not use what you paid for.
• • You were charged in error by us.

If something has gone wrong that is not on this list, write to us anyway. We would rather sort it out than argue about it.

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Once we issue one, it usually reaches your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different card or account from the one that paid.

Purchases made through Google Play are refunded by Google under the Google Play refund policy, not by us. Request those from the Play Store, or write to us and we will help.

Deleting your account

Deleting your Angrezi Babu account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first using the steps above, or billing continues.
