What to write to us about
- • A payment, a cancellation or a refund — include the number on your account.
- • Pro not switching on after you paid. Do not pay again; we will fix it.
- • Something broken, or a tutor saying something odd.
- • Deleting your account and the data we hold.
- • A lesson you would like us to add.
Before you write about a payment
It helps if you tell us the mobile number on your account, roughly when you paid, and whether you paid in the Android app or on the website. That is usually enough to find the transaction straight away.
